That climb at the end of Dividing Waters is great! Nothing lke listening to the guy next to you before he moves behind you go .... huhuhu uhuhu argh.. rock hill or french broad?

french broad is way harder than that RR in dividing waters.

and what about the Millionaires Row SR coming up. That has 2 big ass climbs. and there was also the johnson city RR with huge climbs, Roan Mtn RR, i think Murphy 2 hrs from anywhere has a damn hard RR.

I;m sure theres more than that. You must not race alot b/c thats alot of climbing RR's

I live about 5 miles from the french broad road race and did all 3 events. I did Johnson city and there were no big climbs there but with the masters in our field it was hard anyway. Roan Groan I scored a top 10. 2 hours from anywhere is in late sept or early oct. I will be thee fo that too. Millionaires Stage race does not compare to Green Mtn Stage Race in difficulty or climbs and I am peaking for it.I raed my ass off this year and these plus Racoon Mtn and Monson Mass. RR are the only hilly races on east coast. There are some rolling races like Rock HIll and silver city, etc but nothing hard.Rock hill had no big climbs and was an easy 76miler. Unless yo crash or something. French broad was pretty tough RR but nothing compared to Green Mtn. I think I know what I am talking about when I said the above.

my bad. Cat 4s had to do the easy course at johnson city.
37th in the RR at FB?

Well I hope you make the time cuts at GMSR. It could be a really short weekend.

Draft the hell out of the other 4/5s all the way to the climb and then pace off other riders up it.
LOL! Close...............CARBON110

very funny.....but not quite. Good guess...I suppose you spent time crossing names and results or something? Well, I'm peaking forit and the only thing I will concern myself with is staying in the top 10. But, thanks for the advice, although I think I could help you more than you me :)But perhaps I'm wrong cause I don't know who you are and I am not going to cross check names. If you ever want to ride together.....anytime
