|How'd the Giro go? There was a great Jr field, with about 27 riders. I came in 5th in the TT (my first official one), third in the road race, and seventh in the crit. My omnium finish was 5th. I thought I did good, and there was great competition. How was it for you?

|Thanks for asking. It was a great race. I did the cat4 and finished 11th in the time trial (out of about 85) and 16th in the road race. Unfortunately the points only went 15 deep, but I really liked that RR course. On the crit I simply didn't have the legs after two grueling days of racing, so I had a mid pack finish.
I think I might have seen you there in your Mercury outfit. Are you sponsored by Mercury by chance? I race with Evolution Cycling. Good job on the race, man.

I think we tied in the time trial for 11th or I was one behind you. Good job finishing the RR. I was going fine until the final climb on Lowe Wolf before the turn onto Garfield. Quad cramps got me, no warning either, just all of sudden both seized and I was done. Tried to finish and ended up walking up that hill on Garfield Rd, and taking the TT course home. That was a good hard crit course, crashed about half way through, but got back on with the free lap, ended up 12th in the sprint. The Devo Junior ended up winning the road race and taking the omnium. He'll be a 3 soon, seeing as that was only his 3rd or 4th road race. I ride for First State Velo Sport (only one in the race). Are you doing the district championship race?
|Yea, I'm on the Mercury Jr team. good job in the races! nm||Bigburlymtnman|
