|LT training and interval training||hayaku|

|I have just been reading the posts below about interval training and it struck me that my sets are very long with short rest periods.
Right now I'm doing 3*18 minute sets above and just below my LT with 2 minutes rest. Should I be doing shorter, more intense efforts or be having longer rest? My program seems to be working nicely right now, should I just stick with it?

|5 @ 12 min. in zone Z4 with a "form sprint" ending the interval taking it to Z5a is how I do my intervals, more time than not I end up taking into Z5B (Just out of LT).
If its working for you, then your stronger than I!!!
Keep it up as long as its not taking out of the peak too soon. Which is a problem im having.
