Does anyone have any experience using their system and coaching. I'd be interested in what your experiences have been... positive or otherwise. Thanks.

I've been following the "Lance Armstrong" program book by CTS for about a year. Have had good results without having to invest too much time (abt8-10 hrs/week for Sport MTB XC and Masters 40+ RR). I am thinking about trying their web-based coaching program too. Anybody out there use it?

I used it for a little while and found it to be very good. It's a little expensive (not more than any other type of choaching would be, though), but if you've got the $$ it is worth it. The main benefit that I found was that it provided me with an educated, objective point of view regarding my training.

And it has made my performance better than ever. I have daily contact with my coach if I want, my scheduele is up on the net with specific training and its a blast. My coach is a pro who still races and I won my frst race 2 weeks ago all on account of my commitment and my coach. I highly recommend it!

Really, if you pay $60 or $80 a month for coaching, that's a bargain when you consider we don't hestitate to pay $600 for a wheelset that saves 100 grams.
I'm pretty sure I know which will make you faster.
Why does it seem more expensive to pay for coaching then?

I'm using TrainingBible.com, but w/o a coach. Who do you use? Is it someone local or is it over the net?

I lucked out. My coach ended up living in the area I moved to last November. So I rode with him alot and his team. Either way though, he has all his clients come down for training camps where we do long hard days ocassionally. I highly recommend using one of thecoachs regardless. For me though its a HUGE benefit since we go to the same races alot and we have become good friends.

Is one of your coaches from Ultrafit? If so, do you mind if I ask which one? Thanks.
