Are Santa cruz roadster frames race legal?evant

my Lotto Team edition just got ripped off, so I'm getting money to buy a new bike if I (hopefully) get any insurance money. If I dont I guess mountain biking will go from training aid to specilty by default, heh!

anyways, are Santa Cruz Roadster frames race legal? they have an aero seat post that looks reminicant of the specilized seat fairing and they have a big cut out into the seat tube, but looks like 3-4MM which is legal.

thanks in advance,

Aero parts, like seatposts and tubing, are legal. Fairings are not. Fairings are something tacked on for the sole purpose of reducing wind resistance, like the Specialized seatpost fairing.
