Friel's book mentions this for use before your 'A' races. Anyone try it? How does it work? And where did you get it?

I'd try it long before your A race. Different people seem to react differently to it. Be sure it is for you!

I works for me, just dont use it all the time. It buffers the lactic in the blood and helps the blood unload more of the oxygen.....whatever, you go a bit faster and suffer a bit less.

TwinLab make it also in caps.

PHOS FUEL A scientifically designed, performance enhancing supplement that can help block lactic acid build-up and delay the onset of muscular fa-tigue.
