|My back seems to bend in the thorasic area. The pro's backs seem to curve at the lumbar section. What are the benifits of this? Less work for a less stretched butt muscles, less work for the hip flexors, better breathing, weight on the sit bones?

|Don't worry so much about it! Lance doesn't hinge there because of some lumbar problem. He hinges higher (which is why he has that custom designed aero helmet.. to deflect the air correctly over his back!).|| |
