|If any!! If you do indulge will it slow you down much? Also how long will it take your body too "86" all the junk food from your entire system?

|I have a candy bar maybe once a week. I love sweets. I have coffee everyday. That's about it. I don't worry too much about being a food Nazi. I try to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. I don't eat a lot of protein either. Maybe 10% of my diet.|

|Coffee with no-fat creamer every weekday. And if for some reason there are sweets in the house, look-out! Self restraint is not one of my strong suits! Which is why treats are not often found in our house! At this point I really am not worrying about what I eat. Last night I made seafood alfredo and I make my alfredo from scatch, which means just two ingredients: cream and parmesean cheese! Yum-yum.
Like I said, I don't worry about my caloric intake. By body seems to be adjusting on its own when a few more calories enter the system, a day or so later, I'm not as hungry as normal and caloric intake goes down.
Of course, I'm not a fanatical racer either... But at 140lbs I wouldn't say I'm overweight...

|It has been months since I ate a candy bar or anything really bad. The cells in your body are mostly the result of what you ate six months ago (according to the nutrition data I've read), so it can take a little while for healthy eating to reveal itself. Personally I feel great and that feeling keeps me motivated, but I still get an urge for ice cream now and then. ;)|

|Serious training -- almost none usually.
"I don't give a sh**" attitude at times -- Cheetos, soda, candy, ice cream, potato chips and sour cream... I'm a junk food pig.
To come full circle, though, when I'm doing serious long mileage, I again eat the junk, assuming my weight is where I want it.
