Is it, and how is it, possible for me to trim down on some upper body muscle? Example, arms, chest, back width...

Im 5'10" weighing in at 185 lbs. with 7 % body fat. Two years ago, I was 220 lbs at 15 % body fat. Benching 370 lbs. My arms were 18.5 inches. I was not getting great results on the bike and now I only go to the gym to keep tone. I still look good, some say great! I feel better. "Dont think like a body builder, think like a cyclist" In saying that, take protien after your rides, so that your legs can recover, and thats about it for protien. You might do alittle at dinner like grilled chicken (low fat in the form of protien). When I was getting strong, I ate around 40% protien (40/40/20), now I do like 80/15/5 (Carbs/Protien/Fat). You need Carbs for energy. Carbs is your life line. Protien only aids in recovery.

It worked for me.
