Hey everyone!!
Hi LoneFront!!!
Well I have been pretty busy the past week and couldnt get to post but Ill fill you in on my last race results....I did pretty lame...there was a new team in town and they brought a bunch of riders and each rider just sprinted a lap then fell off the back just to get rid of all the weaker riders so their team leader would get the Win...I really didnt care for this tactic and after huffing and puffing to stay with the group I had enough and decided to put the hurt on them for a change....I launched an attack on a slight downhill going into a slight but long climb...Sure enough they sent someone out to cover...i tried to push it as long as i could but eventually the pack caught up...I hung with the pack for a bit before getting blown out the back =( pretty lame...but what can ya do? I didnt get to ride much that week cause of the food poisoning so I wasnt too upset.
which brings me to my next topic of tomorrows race!!!
I had a great week of traning and im sooo ready to redmeem myself. Im pretty amped the only thing is that my new GF is coming to watch me race and im so nervous!!! I will feel like a total barney if I get blown out the back!!!
Ugh....what to do?
what to do?

Being nervious is a waste of energy. Is the team still in town? Use them to do your work for you. You know who the leader is sit on him. Then follow him and sprint his dumb ass. Their tactics arent that good there is a better way to use a team. Have a good one.
