Oddly proportioned...distinctHead
Apr 9, 2002 2:25 PM
Well, this is a rather strange question but I'm sure you've all seen this one before:
I'm built with a medium frame... 0% body fat in legs, arms... well everywhere but my stomach! It seems as though I put on the lbs in my stomach over the winter, and was wondering if anyone knew of a fast way to drop the gut. ;) Thanx ;)
asdf...

Aside from liposuction, there's no "fast" way to do it. The unfortunate part of this whole thing is that you tend to lose fat last where you put it on first. If you're into supplementation, you could try some of the "fat burner" types, but I'd recommend getting checked out for things like high blood poressure and heart conditions first, and NEVER exceed label dosages (in fact, I'd recommend starting at half doses max, and progressing if you have no adverse reactions). Other formulas that work well are thyroid support formulas (I've used Biotest's T2-Pro). The BEST thing you could probably do is to ride a lot.
