time trial speedsjust starting out

I'm a new female racer, looking for some reference speeds on time trials. I'm wondering if anyone can give me a rough sense of what might be "average" mph for female cat 4, cat 3, and cat 2 on a flat, not windy course of 10 miles?

I think you could do well at 24-28 minutes on a flat course adjusted based on catagory... If you can TT at 22mph you should do ok in the 4's. At least around here.

These are 20k TT (12.5 miles). They are grouped by age. On Sunday there is another one.
