I race Sport 30+ XC (all training on Road bike)
I have been sick for the last 2 weeks.
How/What should I train to get ready!
previous training 10hr+/week on road & XC bike

|Most my friends, family and people at work are all sick !!
I got sick on Sat. and today is Wed.I'm supposed to be training hard this week and next week. Sea Otter is around the corner.I don't know what to do...
This is my first big race this year (also doing XC race)
Of course I hope to be fully recovered from my illness in three weeks, will this week off hurt my performance?
