|I've been doing the Spinerval videos 2-3 days per week with easy recoveries on rollers in between and then a weekend run. I've maintained a decent level of fitness over the winter and I'm wondering if I should back off on the Spinerval/intervals and start doing some endurance base miles. Or continue on and flow right into more interval based training outside when the weather breaks. Any ideas? First important race (in my world) not till June.|

|Keep doing the spinervas but gradually cut back to 1 or 2 days a week and concentrate on the longer rides. After you are comfortable with your base start phasing in the hard intervals and cut back on the long easy rides.
All this depends on when you want to peak and what level of fitness you are at and want to achieve.
