|Frame strain with trainers||jayb29|

|I've heard that trainers that lock in the front fork put some strain on a bike's frame, and may result in misalignment, or fork problems. Is this true? Does a trainer that locks in the rear dropout create less strain on the frame?
The question stems from my use of rollers. I typically ride rollers, but sometimes like to lock in the wheel so I can do a mindless ride, rather than always concentrating. These systems always lock in the fork.
I plan to use a carbon fiber trek (oclv) and a ti bike on the trainer.
Should I worry about this? Or should I get a separate trainer for workouts that I rather not risk falling!?
