|Anyone have the Lance Armstrong training program book? I borrowed it previously and I was hoping to get a copy of the 3 mile time trial chart. If I recall he (actually Carmicheal) lists times for the time trial and indicates your fitness level.
I just did a 5k time trial yesterday on my own and was hoping to see where I would land in the chart from the book.

|For men: over 10 min.- beginner; under 10 min.-beginner to intermediate; over 8 min.- intermediate; under 8 min.- |
intermediate to advanced.
For women: over 12 min. - beginner; under 12 min. - beginner to intermediate; over 10 min. - intermediate;
under 10 min.- intermediate to advanced.
