|tendon problems?||aching knee|

|i am having to take a break after a summer of heavy climbing in the french alpes, i think i have tendonitis in one knee, does anynone know of any good cures and how long i should rest. i have taken 2 weeks of with a couple of gentle rides at the w/es but progress is slow and driving me nuts. It has also got very cold here|

|Go see doctor, he's going to make sure you have a tendonitis, sometimes it's a small peice of bone that got tic out when falling.
Best for you is to stop puting tension on your tendon untill you THINK you are ok, after that you can progress from easy,short rides to hard climbing.
Your knee must rest, if you try to do like rambo your cycling life will end very fast.
