Best Training info. on the web?????Hugh Balls

Anybody have any secret knowledge (diaries in particular) of great training schedules? I am a cat. 1 who can't afford a coach, so I train by example. Stuff like Lance's and George's programs on ridefast.com are the greatest. Any others out there?

Hugh,
Why don't you have a look at Friel's "Bible"? You can design your own program. As an aside, there's
a pretty good one-size-fits-all little program in the October issue of Bicycling, by Adam Myerson. It's
the usual Bicycling one-page format for how to become Lance in 10 words or less. But nevertheless
the micro-cycle structure he lays out is useful. You also might try Bike.com training section and look
over the archived articles. There's useful information there by Myerson and other coaches.
