|"Classics": Certain races held in Spring and Fall. Such as Paris-Roubaix and Tour of Lombardy...They've been around forever, and are called classics appropriately. |
Yellow: leader of the tour (based on overall time)
Green: Leader of the tour based on points (how often you place and win sprints).
Polka dot: best climber. He who wins sprints at the tops of the climbs
White: Best young rider (under 23?) based on overall time
Yellow Hats: best team on overall time.

|A little elaboration. Classics are typically or perhaps even always one dayers as opposed to Giros or Tours, which are stage races.
Youth rider is under 25 I believe.

|I thought Oscar Sevilla (white jersey) was 26? I could be wrong. Maybe they let him have it since he looks like he's 15.|
