|I need advice on how to warm up more quickly ...
Right now, it's taking me 14-15 miles/45 minutes to get my muscles loose ... I'm riding in the heat of the afternoon in Dallas, so this is pretty frustrating. I have very weak knees, so jacking up the gear and pushing hard is the least desirable option. I've tried stretching, but that usually just makes me feel stiff. Any ideas?

|I'm closing in on 40 and it takes me a good hour to warm up, no matter what the temperature is. Fifteen years ago it took me about half an hour. Some of it's joints, some of it's age. FYI, my max HR is still the same (200).|| |
