|I need advice on how to warm up more quickly ...
Right now, it's taking me 14-15 miles/45 minutes to get my muscles loose ... I'm riding in the heat of the afternoon in Dallas, so this is pretty frustrating. I have very weak knees, so jacking up the gear and pushing hard is the least desirable option. I've tried stretching, but that usually just makes me feel stiff. Any ideas?
