well spring is here and under my doc's supervision and recommendation I have gotten my Hcrit up to 65% by sleeping in altitude tents and taking prescrition EPO. I have also dropped my body fat from 12% in December to 3% now by taking hGH (ghmedical.com is a great source for all you athletes). I just did my 1st Cat 5 crit last weekend in Austin at the Ride for the Roses. It was pretty tough. My doctor said that physically i should be all ready to go but when i actually get out and race its much harder than i thought. I ride a Colnago C40 with a set of Zipp 303 wheels. The shop i bought it from said that my setup is the fastest around. So any suggestions guys on how to make my races easier to win. I cant wait to get to the cat 4;s so i can start winning money. I ride between 15 and 20 hours a week with 1 day of concerted intervals and 1 day of drag strip style sprints. What am I doing wrong?

|You are quite possibly just not living with the pain. You must not only love pain, but you must feed off it. It is the only food you ever need. to increase your pain tolerance try removing your seat and riding without a chamois for a mimimum of 300 miles a day. On top of that make sure your cleats are so out of alignment and the shoes several sizes to small. This too will help you with your pain threshold. On top of it all crash a least twice a day in training. That way you will get it out of your system for this big races.|| |
