|Does anyone have trouble with protein supplements? . I just started taking some in small amounts, to start out. I have 2 types, soy protein and whey protein. With either type, I get very gassy and uncomfortable. Will this pass once I get used to it? It's only been 8-9 days since I started using it.|

|What are you mixing it with? and are you mixing it according to the directions? You might try taking it right after training or on an empty stomach?
I just found out that I'm lactose intolerant. Got some of that newer milk and now I'm tolerant again.
