Vote Democrat, not you're conscience, this election.128

Conservative or Liberal, Republican or Democrat; vote Democrat to keep our country from the continued contorted conservatism of the New Conservative's global agenda and domestic (non)-policy. (if you don't you're name will be submitted to the MATRIX) These are not your father's Republicans, these are not your mother's Democrats.

Vote what will work, not what you believe...

that getting government out of our wallets and letting US decide how we spend OUR money is a whole lot better deal for all concerned than the Dumocrats picking my pocket every two weeks to advance an agenda I don't agree with.
We should spend $ to promote marriage thoughColnagoFE

I don't mind the government giving money to my church so they can spread the good word and promote our family values. Lord knows the USA needs a little God right now.
Well, there's a real benefit there.OldEdScott

Just as a hard-nosed nuts-and-bolts assessment, there's a net-plus cost-benefit ratio to it. Marriage = family = two parents = less crime, less welfare, less social ills of all sorts.

Besides -- let's admit it -- the American mainstream believes in marriage and supports it. It's just the fringes that don't, and just because they're noisy and vote for Dumocrats, their influence is WAY out of proportion to how many of them there are. They're a tiny minority.
Voting Dem IS voting my conscience. (nm)Cory

I bet half the Dumocrats in the country would switch parties if they'd just READ and THINK about what their party stands for these days. Just read some of the thoughtful analyses that Live Steam posts here with some regularity. THAT will bring you up short.
