Crime in Texas must be at an all time low if law enforcement is spending time on this type of case:

Oh, and I like this part:

"Webb believes she was targeted by some conservative residents in Burleson, a community of nearly 26,000 people about 10 miles south of Fort Worth."

Figures.

Come on all you religious-righters or whatever you call yourselves. Chime in and defend this.

is a stupid case to prosecute and I don't agree with the law. However, evidently there are laws. (laws I didn't know about either) that preclude the distribution of such devices. There are also people who do not agree with our acceptance of such and believe it to be tawdry and wrong (obscene). Hence the law. I guess these people felt they were protecting their community from some evil. Again, I don't agree, but it is the other side of the coin.

and called the police.... The sad part is the lady declined to sell them to the undercover officers and they kept pressuring her until she finally agreed. This was all over a local news a couple of weeks ago. I really feel sorry for the lady and her husband. It's my understanding that the law was broken because she sold them at her husbands business and not through one of her parties in her home.

I think manpower can be better utilized than to sting w/undercovers for misdemeanors, obtain warrants for misdemeanors, etc.

As a loyal member of Local 69, UBDP (United Brotherhood of Dildo Peddlers), I am outraged. But I can see things from the law enforcement point of view. If you were a cop with a family to support, would you rather spend your nights busting a "King Dong" ring or armed gang members?
Ironic. No shortage of strip clubs and t*tt** bars in Texas. nmPseuZQ
