Los Angeles doesn't want people using the terms master/slave anymore.... when talking about computer equipment!

Now, don't think this is a slam against government employees. Around here, road projects come in ahead of schedule and under budget, you can walk into the DMV and walk out with a licence and a "share the road with bicycles" sticker 15 minutes later, and the kids can read and write.

It's a slam against the cancer that is southern california.

Yeah, yeah--I moved 25 years ago, and I wouldn't want to go back. But when I'm dressing to ride in 18-degree weather....

i dont miss LA at all and dread having to go back to visit family.
