|I'm a medical resident and working at a Veterans hospital. I'm on call tomorrow during all the good college football games. The problem is that I can't even check scores online, as the net has a govt installed blocker that for some reason blocks all sports sites. Anyone have the same problem and found a way around it? I tried every site i could think of including espn cnnsi yahoo-sports, excite-sports. Please help.

|Yup, the only sports info i get is from newspaper home pages. It works, but not all work bcause of the URL contents.
I've found that if the home page URL that ID's it as a sports page doesnt exist in the URL for the specific page on that site you want to get to then you can access it. I copy the links and sent um to my work E mail address, then cut and pasted um into the file, open, function. add um in to the favorites menu if the link works.

|Sure, first someone gives you help on this, then next thing they know agents of the state are knocking on their door. I can't imagine what kind of charges people are opening themselves up to by "subverting federal security measures."
Excuse me while I go read some patriotic news:
Now if you every use google news, don't you dare look at the sports section!
