What aspect of law do you typically deal in? I'm on the cusp of starting my own company, and I've been advised to get a hold of a good attorney and accountant. Any advice on what to look for and/or inital concerns with a startup that I should seek legal advice for?

I mainly do civil litigation, but our firm is mostly business transactions related. They do a lot of business startups. I pretty much sue and defend.

The worst nightmares will be with partners and other investors. That's where each of you needs independent advice. I'd definitely get a lawyer to help.
