He probably threw out the tubies the first day decent clinchers came a long. You don't go to his site for high zoot racer info or stuff.

he'll patiently answer your questions and offer help. A treasure, no doubt.

MODERATOR: Please move to General Board. Not only is his disgustingly off-topic for this board, I note that far left and far right are disturbingly in agreement here.

and has answered my email questions. There however, is a certain retroness to tubies I think. High zoot and retroness together! I know some guys who have been riding since I was about born who won't go clincher.

I remember stumbling on that site one day, and how it blew my mind. I was in awe of the depth and scope of bike writings, and I read ever darn word. (ok I haven't looked at the sea captain log stuff, but I mean to). The guy has Knowledge. The guy can write well.
He's an unAmerican communist sympathizerContinental

He has lived in and has repeatedly visited France. He has articles available in Russian and German. Most condemning of all, he is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts. Obviously he is a commie pinko.

He really is full of crap about frame flex returning energy to the bike, but other than that his site is great.
