Question is, will he be prosecuted if he did?

I think, from what I read there, that he must return the money. Thing is, if illegal, not only is he in trouble, but the contributors as well.

Let's see... Rush broke the law, but due to decades of liberals shaping policy regarding chemical dependency, only the purveyors of hillbilly heroin are generally prosecuted...

Prosecute Clark? There are all sorts of illegal campaign contributions, and treating it as a criminal matter is generally not done. I doubt Clark deliberately violated the laws. He was a late enough entrant into the forray that I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Return the money? Yes.

Funny how Bush raises a million dollars per appearance, but since it is fundraising, it is no big deal. We are really splitting hairs here... and all over petty amounts of money in Clark's case.
