Law suits vs personal responsibility(2 posts)

Law suits vs personal responsibilitybic

A lot was said about the suit filed from those who lost loved ones in 9/11. What about the personal responsibility of providing for ones family? Why must we always sue someone to replace something we should of already had covered from insurance etc. What happens when we just die, who do we sue then?

If the Airlines knew that there would be an attack, but didn't want to loose money by shutting down flights, I would agree with the law suit. The EPA thing is a different story. We still have to find out, who knew what. If the EPA sent people home, just to prevent panic, I think a law suit would be justified.
