Is CalmedDownRonPruitt for real? I think not!kermit

I have proof! Sort of.

On Aug 4th at 7:35am, CDRP posted that he just completed a 3 mile TT in 16:42. This equates to an average speed of 10.8mph.

On Aug 5th at 5:37pm, CDRP posted that he just got back from a 40 mile ride he completed in under three hours which works out to at least 13.3mph.

In the space of 34 hours and 2 minutes, our dear friend managed to up his avg speed by 2.5mph AND greatly increase his endurance at maximum effort.

If CDRP continues his current training schedule, I predict that 238 hours from now he will be capable of riding 30.8mph avg over 2.94 X10^9 miles. (Come on math geeks, do the math. You know you want to!)

In case I'm not being clear.

Tuesday - 3 miles at 10.8mph
Wednesday - 40 miles at 13.3mph

I'm not too familiar with CDRP's home town, but I'm pretty sure there are not any 40 mile downhill rides closeby.

CDRP, get real with this board or get out.

Kermit, You forgot two factors Mr. Brain. On Tuesday I was riding by myself, and on Wendesday, I rode with a friend. You people like to pick me apart, don't you.

Remember the pigs.

My Grandpa used to say (for those of you who are new):

Never got down and wrestle in the mud with the pigs, the only outcome is you get dirty & the pigs have fun.

Just ignore him &/or anyone else who you don't think is serious or worth your time. I've been on the board for a few years & have found that if you ignore them they go away eventually.

Watch for a while & it will be clear to you who is worth reading & responding to & who isn't.

For anyone new..... Ron appeared here about a year or so ago, did what he is doing now which is respond to each and every post, create innane posts to which he responded incessantly, disclose details about his life that just got weirder & weirder and finally tripped himself up on the details and exposed himself as a troll. (I think he forgot his own wife's name) He had most of the board fooled into thinking he was a lowlife. Sucked us all in (myself included). When it blew up in his face, he disappeared. Suspision is that he is a regular poster on the board who created and milked this character for everything it was worth. He actually was pretty clever. His second act appears to be an attempt to do it again.

If you notice, very few of the older regulars will respond to any of his posts (or responses), however he does appear to be sucking in newbies by the boatload.

If you want him to go away, ignore him.

Some are just stupid and post in the same thread, forgetting they have relogged in under one of their other names. This being an anonymous internet board makes it easy. Ignoring is the only thing that really works.
I hate to say it..gav

But I find him rather amusing.. I was a lurker when Radical Ron first showed up and was very amused when he confessed.. Now, I just read his posts and laugh.. I think that as long as you don't take him seriously, it's quite amusing..
