Now that one of the pillars of morality has been struck down, should sex-for-sale laws be abolished as well?

My vote is yes, but with state regulation. Any good reasons why it should stay illegal?

I think that people find the marketing more objectionable than the actual performance.

I've always found getting busted by an undercover hooker objectionable.

Prostitution laws could fall under economic and health and welfare regulations, not necessarily protected by privacy rights; note, you are always free to have free sex between consenting adults -- you just can't pay for it.

There are some serious health concerns, apart from morality issues (the two are not entirely unrelated).

Won't happen.
