Anyone following the Caldera / SCO drama?sacheson

If so, what are your thoughts? I'm doing some lunch-time reading on Forbes.com (linked off google news), and am kind of beside myself with the apparent lack of ethics by Caldera (The Canopy Group) using these trivial law suits for what appears like nothing more than monetary gain. I don't see where their I.P. has been compromised, but I'm not an expert in the field.

Can anyone that sees this differently than I do shed a little light on the obviously biased information I'm absorbing ...

Thanks.

OK ... just kidding. I noticed no one is interested in stupid computer intellectual property stuff, so I tried to spice it up.
