|I heard some amazing radio yesterday. A station in San Francisco has an embedded reporter with a Marine helicopter unit, and they did an interview with a pilot that left everyone teary eyed.
Even more amazing, since he was from Sacramento, they called up his mom, played back the interview, and asked her what she thought. "That's my son," she said. A long pause followed. She didn't need to say anything more. More tears. Amazing radio.
However you feel about the war, if this is a typical Marine, we can all sleep safe tonight. It contrasts sharply with some Iraqi behavior.
