However, she's far beyond being merely an "infobabe."

Not only is she hot and smart but did you know that she was Joey Ramones personal investment advisor. What a woman.
Maria is NOT a morning personPaulCL

As an investment advisor, who has MSNBC on in his office all day, I have become a Maria officianado (spelling). When she only works from 3pm ("The Closing Bell") on, she looks great. If she's on the floor first thing in the AM, she looks tired. Heck, she probably has to get up at 4am to make it by the opening bell...definitely not a morning person.

Personally, I like Maria McCallum. I prefer blondes. As a tidbit of info: Joe Kernan went to my high school. He's about 8 years older than I. A client of mine went to HS with him and says that he's really bright and a complete cut-up. Oh yeah...his hair is real.
I think that's an Italian thingDougSloan

My wife is Italian. Apparently, they prefer sleeping in and staying up late, eating dinner at 11 pm or so.

Maria seems to be buzzing 24 hours a day, though. I've seen her reports from the floor in the morning where it looks like she's talking about 500 words a minute, recalling all sorts of information off the top of her head. I guess she has good coffee.

What did someone say was their slogan? 'Not quite porn, but almost.' I tolerate a huge toxic dose of right-wing propaganda every day just to get a gander at Laurie, Page et al.

Actually, I think it's that Irish or Scottish pronounciation that turns me on.
