|If you remember back to Panama, we used loud music to get Manuel Noriega out of hiding. I'd say the arsenal of truely horrible music has outpaced any other technology. For this hypothetical question, Geneva conventions will not apply so Michael Bolton and Celine Dion are fair game. . .
To get things started, I nominate:

|It has Babs at her over-dramatic best. It is a middle age woman trying to play a teenage boy ;)
Actually the US was using Celine Dion in their radio Brodcasts in Iraq last week. I think it may have backfired though and killed the last chance at diplomacy ;-)

|I LOVE the Swedes, but after spending two weeks in Stockholm, I have to admit their taste in music leaves much to be desired. I think Abba caused a collective auditory degeneration throughout the country. There's one artist, not Swedish but very popular there, and I can hardly make it through a song without wanting to run out of the room, preferably through a third story window. . .|

|Nebraska by The Boss over and over. He'll slit his wrists in abject depression and despair within a day or two.
Kansas, hoever, might only drive him to further irrational violence. Hell, if we're going for the whole 70s quasi-glam-hard rock thingie, then why not force him to attend each and every show that Styx and REO are performing this year. Of course,...that would be cruel and unusual....
