|I just started the program; one down, nine to go. It was kind of like a slow, hard massage. Evidently the first three sessions involve the outer tissue layer, called the facia. Then the next four work on the inner muscular structure. Therefore, they claim that they can improve things like your posture an aerobic capacity. We'll see how it goes.
There was one post by AMP on the General Discussion board on 10/24 (AMP "Patella tracking problem" 10/24/02 4:36pm).
I hope we get some more feedback from people who have gone through the process, as I am interested in their experiences as well.
