I don't seem to get a ton stuff available to download from certain searches that I'd assume would produce more. Either the search is more limited than I would believe or there are not enough users out there sharing files on Kazaa which means that they are probably on another service.

I've been using it for a year or two now. The latest version is very good; fairly fast, good search performance, great interface. I use it mainly for locating obscure or bootleg MP3s you can't find in the stores anyways. It is an application though, not a web site. The free shareware version is fine, just some unobtrusive banners at the bottom, no big deal. The reason you searchs may be limited is because most PTP apps will block web PTP by default because you aren't sharing files just downloading them. At least that's my understanding. . .

I used MusicMatch as my jukebox and suscribe to MusicMatchRadio. Been real happy with that. Make you own virtually commerical free (1 30 second each 30-60 minutes) based on genres (20% Adult Alternative, 40% Blues, 40% Jazz), time periods, or list of artists you provide. $5 a month or $40 a year I believe. It's pretty easy to stay away from the mainstream crap too. I don't listen to local radio stations anymore. Streaming and MP3s have totally changed the way I listen to music. Even got an MP3 deck in my car, works great but has it's occasional recording quirks and pops. Haven't looked into Live365 much, any opinions on it?
