Olive oil is very tasty on air-popped popcorn. So is chile powder.

Chile powder is alo good on tropical fruit salad.

Peanut butter makes smoothies taste gooood.

Goat cheese and Thomas' English muffins are the foundation of an experienced snacker's refrigerator.

Great snack: green Tobasco on saltines (fat-free)

My other favorites: fat-free pretzels dipped in spicy mustard; lots of popcorn; watermelon by the truckload; cucumbers with lots of salt.

Walk into a McDonalds and look at the people stuffing their faces with big macs and quarter pounders, grease smeared on their face and dripping out of their burgers. This will usually make me want to stop eating altogether for a good 3 or 4 days!

Try watching a liposuction on The Learning Channel. Gross. Makes you want to be emaciated.
