|Why is it that Sushi restaurants/bars seem to change the names of the "sushi" they make. In some places a California roll consists of shrimp, cream cheese and cucumber, while in other places its called an "Ebi", and still others say its a "tampico". This makes it confusing when you new place. you think you got it down and you order and get eel instead...
this happen to anybody else?

|Hey, that's what makes it fun! I love sushi, and could eat it every meal. I like trying new things. Not knowing exactly what you are getting certainly helps. I've found you can always order by the English names, though, like "salmon".
If you are ever in the Sacramento area, try Mikuni's in Folsom. Fantastic variety; if you have several people, ask for "the boat".
