www.kcrw.org is a NPR radio station in Santa Monica, Ca. They have about 5 shows that showcase different music. They also replay shows almost all day so the venue changes every 3 or so hours.

Listening requires Real Player 1 (the new one). it s something cool to listne to @ work instad of conventional radio.

They have an awesome station under 'electronica', called the Liquid Lounge. Man, it's what gets me thru the day!

We also have a great local gal on KAZU that plays good stuff from 7-9 a.m. - Melonie Walker. Check her at www.kazu.org.

But, KCRW is, by far, the king. Only wish we lived in car stereo distance still.

Happy listening!

btw, have you checked out Zero 7? Here's a link to their full length CD.. http://www.sputnik7.com/sitelet/site-zero7/

Kinda soft, but really good stuff.

Simple Things, is one of of my fav CD's of 02'. Off the home page for Morning Becomes Eclectic (MBE) there is a real audio file of a show they did on MBE about 2 months ago. it's amazing.

I'm going to see um Saturday @ pier 32 in SF @ a concert being set up by KFOG in S.F. its going to be fun.

I've been hooked on that CD for weeks now!

We tried to get tickets to a gig last week but it was sold out.

What's the story on Saturday?

I'll have to check out the MBE show.

I checked out KFOG's website. Zero 7's on at 5pm.

We're doing the Tour de Fort Ord that day, so I doubt we'd make it up there by then.

DANG!!

Well, you have a great time!!
