I was on the right side the first time, so let me go 2 for 2. "5:15" gets me fired up every time I hear it. And I'll always picture a scooter going over a cliff when I hear "Love, Reign O'er Me."
Another vote for QuadropheniaPaulCL

From a recovering "WHO-a-holic"...gotta go with Quadrophenia.

I agree..."5:15" always gets me really pumped up. I haven't put that CD on in years. Time to dig it out since my commute has just gone from 3 minutes to 20 minutes each way each day. "....a raft in the quarry, slowly sinking..."
A third option...BikeViking

If you like progressive rock, I wold recommend Dream Theater - Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.

A great choice.
Ahh progressive rock......jrm

Listening to Trick of The Tail as i post. I like that stuff alot. Thats kinda why im leaning towards quadraphenia. because its a story of sorts. And i think "Ive Had Enough" is one of the the best Who songs.

Not really popular here in America. It's not a "pop" formatted musical style. Whne some songs can run on for 10 - 15 minutes, you lose the attention of your average teen.

I view it as classical music with a hard edge.
to each his own I guess--do you like Hawkwind? (nm)ColnagoFE

Anything other than Led Zepplin is fine with me. I never, ever got into Zepplin. And Quadrophenia is a fun album. "gravely outrageous in my high heel shoes..."
Think I'd go Quadrophenia (nm)ColnagoFE
