ATTN: RBR regulars "Where Do You Live?"gregg
Apr 10, 2002 12:16 PM
There has been some serious discussion of a RoadbikeREVIEW Gathering (similar to the Gatherings that MTBR has) for an organized ride. One of the problems is trying to find a centralized location and date.

One location and month has been mentioned (Kansas, October) but I thought I'd start a quick poll here to see where people are located.

Please respond with the locale in the subject line.

Thanks,
-gregg

Right in the middle of the state, easy access by train, air or highway (3 interstates). Plenty of lodging, even room in my backyard for some tents. And only about 2000 miles from California!

no, i am somewhere in New England, but come on guys, you are spilling everything about your lives on-line. I don't think its such a good idea. You would not believe how many psychos are out there.

Sincerely

Woof, the Mr. Roboto dog.

I'll own up to living in the same region as Woof though.
I do agree that it isn't a great idea to give up too much about one's self online though. Too many bad people to ruin it for the good.

Len,
Most of the riding north of Newark into PA and Maryland is hilly to rolling. I see that you live in Easton, MD and probably drive int Newark along SR 896 or maybe SR2 so you travel over some basicallt flat land.
I can recomend a bunch of routes that are hilly. What is your email address?
