Cheesecake and beer? Totally? My God, man, do you want to be miserable s.o.b? Gotta have some every once in a while!

Gain 20-25 pounds by July 3rd. The hard part will be losing those same 20-25 by October. And it'll have to be done cycling only on the weekends (with two or three spin classes during the week). 'Course don't forget the 12-20 hour long endurance event on or around July 3. Jeez, I'm tired already...

My resolution is to lose the weight I regained in the last quarter (about 15 pounds) by not eating anymore fast food at all - it's all garbage. This is gonna be tough since I have three in the "Happy Meal" stage of life. I would also like to exceed last years mileage (3100) by 500 -900 miles.
