did your neck burn like hell the first time you shaved with an electric razor?

Yup! First half dozen times it gets better, then after that you dont get the burning feeling.

I used one years ago and yes it burns. There is a pre-shave solution that helps, it's like aftershave but you put it on before you shave. It worked for me, check at the drug store.
yeah. It goes away in a few shaves. Also...cory

...if you don't go back and forth over the same spot 33 time, it helps, and use light pressure, not heavy.
I can't believe we're having this conversation.

If you dont go over the same spot 33 times you might as well not shave with an electric. honestly, i dont know how people can use these things! get a freakin 99 cent BIC and it'll shave way closer than the best electric.

Hurts like a sunuhvagun! Plus, it didn't give me the kind of close shave I appreciate. I was getting my 5 o'clock shadow at 4:15. I exchanged the thing for a 3 year supply of yellow-cap Bics. I will say, shaving in the car was more enjoyable with the electric.
LOL. You been hangin' with your bruthas too long :-). nmSpinchick

A BIC! Man (or girl) are they awful. You may as well shave with a butter knife. Pretty funny, Kristin_CLS. BTW, can I sign on as "look271_MT(ASCP)"? After all, I earned it!? :-)
Yep. And every other time too nm.cutthroat man
