Wine for under $3 a bottle?Dave Thomas

I was thinking of throwing a party, but it seems my only choices in this price range for wine is Mad Dogg 20/20, Wild irish Rose or Night Train. Which one would you pick? I still have to send my kids to school so I can't actually get decent wine for my guests. My uncultured freinds wouldn't know the difference anyway between chateau rothschild or donkey pee anyway.

Make your own beer with grapes from your local grocery store and a big plastic trash can. If you want that oak flavor often found in high-quality wine, peel some bark off a tree at the local park and strap it to the soles of your feet before you hop into the trash can to smash the grapes. Empty bottles from household cleaning products work well as containers, giving you the option to "mist" or "spray" the wine directly into your mouth. If you start soon, your first batch should be ready to go by Monday evening.
