im an american living in sicily.(navy) i was wondering if anyone knew a contact of any kind so that i could email lance armstrong to ask him if he was in area if he would like to do my re-enlistment if he happened to be in the area...for anyone that dosent know a re-enlistment is like getting a new contract to work for a company for another specified amount of time.
Is he qualified?nutmegger

Maybe the Navy has different rules but I thought you needed an officer to administer the oath.

technically it has to be an officer who signs your paperwork but you can have anyone do your oath.i already have an officer to do that part...my last re-enlistment i was in japan and did it at the dojo where i was doing sumo wrestling.i like to take part in culture of the place im in.the biking is the only one i will continue to do forever...for navy guys the more unusual the better.
