This might even make Humma give up doughnuts.

Oh, my. You know, I'd bet that in about 2 months of daily visits to Krispy Kreem, anyone could look like that. They put one right on my way to work about 3 months ago, and the siren song of the "Hot Donuts Now" neon sign lit up is so tough to resist.

KK set to open here next month--maybe they'll hang outcory

No kidding, Reno's getting a Krispy Kreme in December. Best doughnuts in the world when they're 'em cold, they're like little bagels carved out of Crisco.

Once you have that first one, you might get hooked. They are addictive.

At first, here, the lines were blocks long. People brought them into work by the gross. They were "party food."

Now, things have settled down. You can get through the drive-thru in a minute. Maybe not such a good thing.

I've eaten them for lunch. An entire dozen, plus chocolate milk. I think that alone requires about 200 miles to burn off.

If you put a cold KK doughnut in the microwave for 10-20 seconds it almost will be as good as new (i.e., hot from the store)

every day on the way to work. Now, THAT was dangerous. Thankfully, it wasn't a drive-thru.

It is horrible to go inside and pay because the KK display is right next to the register. A box with 6 fudge iced KK's stares at me with a twinkle in it's eye. It says "go ahead and buy me, you only have to eat just one." Somehow that isn't how it works out. The burden of southern living I guess. It is still 75 degree's here so I can ride off my guilt. At least I don't have a In-N-Out burger here. I would be posing for their(KK's) calander next year if that was the case.

About 2 years ago, Dodger Stadium opened KK outlets. It's really disgusting to see people sitting at the game going through Dodger Dogs, nachos, pizza, beer, and peanuts and then topping it all off with a couple doughnuts in the bottom of the eighth.
