I just got a bill from DHL for custom duties? Is this something new? I got something from a spaniar web page!Why are they collecting for duties,,enybody had seminar situtation?

saddles, pedals, spokes, wheels are all technically subject to duties. Generally anything under $200 is let go without (although as a customs inspector told me they can do whatever they want)

You can appeal the duties if you feel they were in error with some form and probably a lot of patience.
